On your way to the top, remember to be fair to those who are behind you. How you treat those who can do nothing for you says a lot about who you are as a person. Your character is just as important as your outward success. So, no matter where you are or who is around, treat everyone with respect.
Your character speaks loudly everywhere you go. Whether you realize it or not, people around you will notice how you treat others. Your reputation will often precede you when you enter certain circles, even if you think you’re surrounded by strangers. Be kind, be courteous, and be aware that the way you treat others will reflect upon you. Call it karma or call it what you will.
